LoveBugs – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the LoveBugs mobile application (“LoveBugs”, “the App”). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement.

2. Account Registration

You may sign in using Google, email/password, or anonymous mode (limited functionality). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs through it.

3. Partner Connections

LoveBugs allows two users to connect using a unique connection code. Once connected, both users can view shared content including moods, notes, drawings, photos, and game activity.

If you disconnect from your partner or delete your account, shared access to your content will end.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload. You grant LoveBugs a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide App functionality to you and your partner.

We do not actively monitor user content but reserve the right to remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

You agree not to upload or share:

• Illegal content
• Explicit or adult imagery
• Harassment, hate speech, or abusive material
• Copyrighted content without permission

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Premium features are offered through Google Play Billing and the Apple App Store. Subscriptions may include free trials and automatically renew unless cancelled through your app store account settings before the renewal date.

All billing, refunds, and subscription management are handled by your platform provider in accordance with their policies.

6. Virtual Currency

• Glowbits have no real-world monetary value.
• They are non-transferable and non-refundable.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to access accounts or data you do not own
• Harassing or abusing your partner or others
• Uploading malicious code or exploiting the App
• Using the App for unlawful purposes

8. Safety & Content Policy

Content involving sexual exploitation of minors, explicit sexual material, violence, hate speech, or illegal activity is strictly prohibited and may be reported to authorities where required by law.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

10. Intellectual Property

All branding, characters, artwork, and UI elements are owned by Newkbyte and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

11. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoveBugs is not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or interpersonal issues between users.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
