1. Acceptance of Terms

By using PicRestorer ("we", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use PicRestorer. If you are under 13, you may not use this service. If you are between 13 and 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use this service.

2. Service Description

PicRestorer lets you upload and restore old photos using AI. You retain ownership of your images—see our Privacy Policy for data handling.

3. User Accounts

You must sign in with Google or Apple. You’re responsible for activity on your account.

4. Payments & Credits

All purchases are handled via Google Play or App Store. Credits do not expire; subscriptions auto‐renew unless cancelled.

4.1 Subscription Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through:

• Google Play: Open Google Play Store → Subscriptions → Select PicRestorer → Cancel subscription
• App Store: Open Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Select PicRestorer → Cancel subscription

When you cancel, you will continue to have access to subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

5. Content Policy & Restrictions

You agree not to upload, submit, or process any content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or violates any laws or regulations
• Contains sexually explicit material, nudity, or adult content
• Infringes on intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of third parties
• Contains hate speech, discrimination, or promotes violence
• Is designed to deceive, mislead, or defraud

We reserve the right to refuse service, reject content, or terminate accounts that violate this policy. If your content is rejected by our AI processing service due to policy violations, you will be notified and any credits used will be refunded.

You also agree not to:

• Scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse our API or services
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or access unauthorized areas
• Use automated systems to submit content or abuse our services

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PicRestorer is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance.
